Enhancing efficiency and driving AI adoption across Eturia using Microsoft 365 Copilot
We helped Eturia move away from a costly, low-adoption GPT-based internal chat solution to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. It increased user adoption, improved productivity, and established a foundation for future automation.
Founded in 2007, Eturia is a Romanian travel company, specialising in customised, hyper-personalised holiday packages. Their offering spans flights, accommodation, group travel, and tailored experiences. They work with over 1,000 directly contracted hotels and more than 150 destination management companies worldwide.
Eturia had an existing GPT-based internal chat solution embedded in their organisational data, but adoption across the team remained low. With so few employees using it, the cost was about US$8 per prompt.
Our client needed a more cost-efficient, scalable, and integrated AI productivity solution that would integrate with their existing Microsoft environment and be the one their people would use effectively.
We shaped a structured enablement programme around five dedicated workshops. The first two workshops were focused on practical usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot, alongside building a clear understanding of the business shift driven by AI and why it is essential to adopt it. Two follow-up workshops gave participants space to apply what they'd learnt and explore integrations across the Microsoft 365 suite.
The fifth workshop was dedicated to Copilot Studio, covering platform capabilities before building a sample agent designed to simulate responses to customer queries.
Across all five workshops, we provided both conceptual guidance and applied support. Participants were able to use learnings directly in daily operations, because we worked closely with Eturia's stakeholders to ground workshops in real business needs.
"From day one, it was essential that stakeholders clearly understood what?s in it for them and for Eturia as an organisation. Once we aligned on that value, the role?based workshops quickly moved the team from one ?aha? moment to the next, identifying new ways of working and creating list of processes to be automated." - Rares Alexandru Stanescu, Director, PwC Romania
Eturia purchased an initial set of Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses shortly after the engagement and mapped out a rollout plan across the entire organisation of around 75?80 employees. The rollout was planned in two to three batches over six months.
Every employee now uses Microsoft 365 Copilot at least twice a day, saving each person around one hour per week.
We are becoming Eturia's go-to partner for Microsoft solutions, with further automation opportunities through Copilot Studio and the Power Platform already in discussion.
